The company’s CEO, Mukul Bafna and CTO, Sumeet Chandhok are also reported to be exiting the organization as a part of this move. Founded in 2017, Omuni is a retail technology platform that offers end-to-end solutions for retailers looking to establish omnichannel operations.

The company’s solutions include POS, e-commerce, and supply chain management systems, along with analytics and marketing tools to help retailers optimize their operations and gain insights into consumer behavior.

Omuni laid off around  60 employees from its Bengaluru office alone which constitutes to 35% of its workforce.
