French IT behemoth Capgemini who gave hikes recently to 84000 employees of grade A and B are again in the news but this time in the wrong side. What happened? Any deviation from the directive will attract pay cut, company authorities have allegedly stated. The plight of those who haven’t been assigned any projects is little different where Capgemini has started cost cutting measures. Employees are forced to apply for leaves starting from 7 Apr till they have leave balance with reason as vacation, how funny is that?
